Cavalcade of History and Fashion - TALK Planned for 23rd August 2008, the volunteers from the Cavalcade of History and Fashion return to Old Government House. The Cavalvade of History and Fashion is a voluntary organisation dedicated to preserving and presenting authentic gowns and accessories from the pre-colonial days up to the present. Carols by Candlelight Planned for December 2008, join the band and choir to sing in Christmas 2008. Santa will make a short visit before returning to the north pole. Candle bags, glowstix, a sausage sizzle and refreshments will be on sale as well as a Christmas raffle with all proceeds going to Old Government House.
